The Challenge
Deposit handling is often manual, opaque and communication-heavy. Multiple stakeholders need updates without relying on constant back-and-forth — manual processes increase the chance of error, delay and security issues. Funds and interest handling need to feel professional, visible and tightly controlled.
The product operates in a legally sensitive environment where the experience must support very different users with very different priorities. Visibility and auditability are not optional features. The workflow needs to feel demonstrably safer than the manual process it replaces.
