The Challenge
Vendor-paid advertising workflows are highly manual and fragmented. Proposal generation, invoices, payments and supplier follow-up often happen in separate systems — trust account administration and payment handling create operational burden, while multiple stakeholders need visibility into the same campaign without duplicate work.
The product has to serve agents, vendors and suppliers in a single workflow. Payments need to feel secure and frictionless. Operational visibility is essential for adoption and trust. The app must reduce admin overhead without becoming harder to learn.
