dApp Design
& Prototyping

Building a blockchain product without validating the experience first is a fast way to waste months of engineering.

Engagement

Design & Prototyping

Typical Duration

3 – 6 weeks

We take the output of discovery and turn it into something users can actually see, click through, and react to. Wallet flows, transaction journeys, on-chain interactions, all designed and tested before a line of production code is written.

What we design

Wallet & Authentication Flows

How users connect, authenticate, and manage wallet state. Embedded wallets vs browser extensions. The flows look very different depending on who the user is.

Transaction Journeys

Every on-chain action has a lifecycle: initiation, confirmation, pending, success, failure. We design the full journey including loading states, error handling, and gas estimation.

Token & Asset Interfaces

Balances, holdings, transaction history, rewards. How real-time on-chain data is presented without confusing latency or stale state.

Abstracted Experiences

For non-crypto users. Account abstraction, gasless transactions, social login. Designed to feel natural while keeping the on-chain benefits.

Admin & Operational Interfaces

Dashboards for protocol operators, admin panels for marketplace managers, treasury views. Often neglected early but critical for viability.

How it works

01

Research & Context Step 1

Understand the users, the product, and the constraints.

02

Information Architecture Step 2

Structure screens, navigation, and data hierarchy.

03

Wireframes Step 3

Iterate quickly on layout and interaction patterns.

04

High-Fidelity Design Step 4

Typography, colour, spacing, iconography.

05

Interactive Prototyping Step 5

Figma prototypes with enough fidelity to test with real users.

06

User Testing Step 6

Validate with real users, iterate based on findings.

Deliverables

What you get

  • User flow diagrams mapping every core journey
  • Wireframes for all key screens and states
  • High-fidelity design system (components, typography, colour, spacing)
  • Interactive Figma prototypes
  • Design specification document for engineering handoff
  • User testing findings with recommended iterations

Need to validate the experience before engineering starts?

Prototypes are the cheapest way to find out if the product experience works. If you’re about to build, test the design first.
