Fjord Foundry:
Token Sale Platform Migrated to Solana
A launchpad and token sale product extended for Solana so projects and participants could run transparent sales with cleaner wallet, purchase and distribution flows.
Stack
React, TypeScript, Solana
Role
Application & Integration Layer
Scope
Wallet Integration, Sale Flows, Claim & Distribution UX, Chain Integration, Launch Tooling

The Mission
“To make early-stage token sales more transparent, community-driven and accessible for both projects and participants.”
Core Objectives
- Solana-compatible wallet and participation flows that feel familiar under launch pressure
- Sale, claim and distribution experiences aligned to TGE timelines
- Integration layer connecting the application to underlying Solana sale mechanics
- Launch support tooling dependable enough for high-scrutiny token generation events
The Challenge
Token sale mechanics are already complex before adding another chain. Solana requires different wallet, transaction and token-program expectations than EVM flows — users need a sale experience that still feels simple and trustworthy during launch pressure. Projects need continuity across creation, participation, claiming and post-sale distribution, and a single broken step in that sequence can damage confidence at exactly the wrong moment.
The product had to preserve Fjord's fairness-first positioning during chain expansion. Sale, claim and distribution flows must remain intuitive under high user volume, while differences in chain architecture introduce UX and technical edge cases that compound when the entire project is under market scrutiny. Launch infrastructure has no tolerance for failure at TGE — reliability is not a feature, it is the baseline.
What We Built
Solana Wallet & Participation Flows
Chain-specific wallet integration and transaction handling for Solana participation — adapting token-program expectations and account model differences into a participation experience consistent with Fjord's EVM product.
Sale, Claim & Distribution UX
End-to-end product flows covering the full participant journey — from sale entry through token claiming and post-sale distribution — designed for clarity and reliability under the volume spikes typical of launch events.
Chain Integration Layer
An integration layer connecting application flows to the underlying Solana sale mechanics — handling chain-specific transaction construction, state reads and edge cases without exposing that complexity to end users.
Launch Operations Tooling
Product tooling to support Fjord's team and their project partners before, during and after TGE — covering launch readiness, monitoring and operational continuity across the sale lifecycle.
Technical Architecture
Application and integration layers built for Fjord Foundry's Solana expansion — covering participant-facing product flows and the chain-specific integrations required underneath. Solana's account model, token program and transaction lifecycle were abstracted into an integration layer that feeds clean state into React-based sale and distribution interfaces, with tooling wired to support launch operations across the full TGE window.
Real Impact.
Labrys delivered the application and integration layers for Fjord Foundry's Solana expansion — enabling transparent token sales, clean participant flows and dependable launch infrastructure across a new chain without disrupting Fjord's established positioning.
